I am pretty sure that Jon Lovitz appeared on the show twice - once as a food critic and again in a set-up 'bad date' that Phoebe fixes up for Rachel. However, the character he plays is the same guy in both episodes - notice the pot-smoker recurring theme. :) I could be wrong, but it is a big coincidence how similar the two characters are.
