Modern Diner Lingo

As fast food places have replaced the roadside diner, "diner lingo" [the colorful vocab used by diner staff to remember orders] has become nearly extinct; it would be fun to bring back, but fast food would slow to a crawl so we'll just bring it back here. Match the term on the left with the most likely order on the right. Example: "quake in the hay" or "hay quake" would be a strawberry shake because quakes shake things, and most big-city yokels think straw and hay are the same thing.] Good luck...!
