Want to submit an altered album cover for people to guess? Here's how to do it.

The first step...

Visit amazon.com
Locate the ALBUM you are going to submit an altered album cover of. Do not submit items that are not albums or CD singles.
Paste the URL (web address, http://www.amazon.com/blahblah) of the ALBUM (not the image on the page) in the form below

Why do we do this? This is so that we can display the original unaltered album cover your parody is of. You should remove band names and albums names with a photo editing program for the next step.
